A selection of made-from-scratch soups, salads, entrees, starches, vegetables, breads, beverages, and desserts to meet a wide range of guest tastes and your budget. Breakfast, lunch, brunch, or dinner. Presented in the highest quality chrome chaffing dishes, each with a framed food identification sign. You may choose stainless silverware, glass drinkware, ceramic plates, and cloth napkins, or environmentally sensible plastic and paperware. Creative Catering does not provide tables or chairs. This option is available for up to 100 people.
Plated Service – A refined meal. A pre-selected menu which may include made from scratch appetizer, soup, salad, entrée with accompaniments, cheese, beverages, and dessert is served to tables by wait staff. Passed or stationed hors d'oeuvres may be added for a social hour before dinner. Keepsake menus for each guest is provided. Creative Catering does not provide tables or chairs. This option is available for up to 60 people.
In Home Personal Chef - A truly pampered experience. I bring all the linens and tableware; set up the dining room; prepare on site your prearranged, made-from-scratch, dinner; serve; cleanup; and leave. All you must do is assist in planning the menu, invite your guests, and open the door to welcome them. A great way to celebrate a birthday, promotion, anniversary, or any special occasion. Or just because you or your loved one deserves it. Keepsake menus for each guest is provided. This option is available for up to 12 people.
Authentic English Tea Parties – Feel like royalty. You and your guests will enjoy savory tea sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, and sweets, along with a selection of teas. All are made from scratch, including favorites of Queen Elizabeth II, using recipes from Buckingham Palace. Antique teacups and botanical print napkins set the stage for a truly special occasion. Keepsake menus for each guest is provided. This option is available for up to 20 people.
Gourmet Picnics – Live the good life. Your preselected assortment of made-from-scratch dips, spreads, sandwiches, and sweets, along with nibbles and accompaniments, will be delivered and set up at your chosen location. All will be presented on silver serving pieces, along with stainless silverware, glass drinkware, ceramic plates, and cloth napkins. This is rain or shine, please have a backup location if needed, or all items may be packaged and delivered for future use with your own setup. This option is available for up to 12 people.
Fondue Party – Super fun, super easy! Three fondue pots for cheese, oil or broth, and chocolate will be delivered and set up along with assorted breads, assorted vegetables, chicken, beef, and shrimp, and assorted fruits and cakes for dipping and cooking. The next day I will return to pick up the equipment. This option is available for up to 12 people.
Meeting Meals - The days of suffering through a soggy sandwich, stale chips, and broken cookies are over. A pre-selected menu which may include made-from-scratch appetizer salads, pastas, sandwiches, wraps, cheeses, and desserts presented in individual sealed containers, along with paper napkin, plastic utensils, salt, and pepper, will be delivered to your location. Individual drinks or urns of drinks may be arranged. This option is available for up to 100 people.
Holiday Help – Don’t stress the sides. To your doorstep will be delivered citrus cranberry compote, southern dressing, horseradish chive mashed potatoes, broccoli casserole, brown butter and sage skillet corn, and baked apples. Cookie platter and baked breads are also available. Limited delivery dates are available. This option is available to serve 6 to 25 people.
Food Lover Gifts – Tasteful gifts that taste great. Homemade jams, relishes, cookies, candies, and sweet breads. These may be purchased individually or arranged in a lavish gift basket.
