I can't speak highly enough about Doug. I had the pleasure of recieving a six course dinner party prepared in his home for my in-law's anniversary, and every bite was divine... Chef's choice of hispanic cuisine with so many flavors to excite the senses. The grilled polenta pound cake with homemade chocolate sauce and caramelized bananas was the perfect balance of savory and sweet.
